There is power in the number three. Mind\/Body\/Spirit is something that should be nurtured every single day. Do activities that cultivate your mind; exercise to strengthen your body; meditate and pray to nurture your spirit. When your Mind\/Body\/Spirit are in alignment you will notice the greatest abundance in life. You are in control of your destiny. Your destiny is created by the choices you make today because they will affect your future. Choose wisely. You are entering a time of contemplation and it would be wise to spend time alone to strengthen yourself and reflect. Amen<\/p>
