Transform into the best version of you through Conscious Evolution. When you choose to Consciously Evolve rather than “natural evolve”, you will benefit the most from change.  Conscious Evolution is the ability to consciously evolve through living your life mindfully and open-eyed.  The process of LIFE is to grow, learn, evolve, manifest, and transform.  Conscious Evolution will allow you the opportunity to be conscious of your growth and evolution and allow you the opportunity to create the life that you want to live.

There must be control and mindfulness if you are going to live a Consciously Evolving life.  You must be aware at all times of your emotions.  Be aware of the lessons of your experiences so that you may use the lessons for further growth.  Remain mindful in the NOW and ignore the past and future.  Make the conscious choice to look at the parts of yourself that need to be improved.  What areas of yourself need improvement?  Can you make a commitment to yourself to consciously evolve and transform into the best version of yourself that you can be?

Every day is a blessing and a gift and you should use each day to improve yourself.  Wake up every morning with a grateful heart and a positive outlook about the day.  The beauty of a new day is that it offers you a clean slate, a new beginning, another opportunity to be a better you than you were yesterday.  Look towards the future with great anticipation as you recognize that with each passing day you are improving yourself.

Take the time to become familiar with the areas of yourself that need improvement.  Make the most of every day and take the opportunity every day to work on yourself.  Focus on the areas that need improvement such as impatience, anger, stress, unhappiness, frustration, lack of focus, procrastination, jealousy, greed.  Once you find the areas of yourself that need improvement, place your focus there.

Make a list.  Do a self-assessment.  Be open, honest, and raw.  Don’t ignore the areas that you don’t want to look at.  Those are the areas that need the most improvement.  You can be a better version of yourself than you were yesterday.  You will be if you follow these guidelines. 

Write these areas down on a piece of paper so that it is easy to focus on one at a time.  Think of ways that you can improve the areas that need it and write out a game plan in step by step instructions to achieve your goal.  Begin the improvement process at the beginning of every week.  On Sundays, take the time to do a self-assessment and create the self-improvement list and on Mondays choose one area to begin to improve.   You may have to work on an area for multiple days and other areas you may be able to coast through.  That decision is up to you and what your Intuition tells you to do.  Follow your Intuition.

Use Persistence to Transform into the best version of You

Mindfulness and Persistence are Key

Be mindful during the day of the area that you are working on and practice improving the area.  For instance, if patience is one of the areas that you want to improve, then you will simply be mindful during the day every time impatience creeps in.  When you find yourself getting frustrated and fidgety, take a moment to focus on your breath.  Remove your focus from the impatience and place it on your breath.  Take a long, deep breath in, hold it, then slowly release.  Repeat this action a few times or until your focus is completely on your breathing.  Bringing your attention to your breath will help you to overcome the impatience. 

With daily practice, mindfulness, and persistence, these actions for improvement will become automatic until the situation that needs improvement becomes non-existent and you transform into the best version of you.  You will need different routines for different areas that you are improving, but this is a simple example of one way to overcome, improve, and consciously evolve.  The present time is your reality.  NOW is your reality.  The past is gone and the future is before you.  All that you live is in the here and now.  Make a pact with yourself to be mindful and act accordingly.  Make a pact with yourself to Consciously Evolve every moment of the day.  Choose your reactions to situations wisely.  Don’t live on automatic mode. https://myempoweringlife.com/category/spiritual-guidance/
