Releasing Old Energy

Stagnant, old energy only slows you down.  It depletes you of energy that you need to create and improve.  Releasing old energy is uplifting and satisfying.  Releasing the past makes room for new things in the future.  Releasing old energy allows the space to invite in new energy.  When you release that which you do not want, you allow that which you do want.  Remember that in the physical world time was created by man.  The spirit world has no time element to it – just a melding together of energies.  Allow the past energy to meld with your present energy.  Perform a ritual.  Focus on a past experience that you have been holding on to.  Feel it.  Live it.  Face it.  Focus, but not to the point that you keep the energy active.  You want to slow the energy down to allow it to dissipate.  Breathe.   Then, release the energy.  Let it go.  Send it back to the Universe and ask that it be released, thereby releasing you from all that you have been holding on to.  Go forward free.  Go in the direction that you want to travel.  Do not lose faith.  Believe.  Surrender.  Let go and let Divine Spirit take over.  There is only so much you can do on your own in the physical world.  Your creation is an extension of Divine Spirit.  Allow it to come to fruition.  Have faith.  Believe.  Focus.  Release.  Abundance.  Prosperity.  Manifestation.  Magical.  Illumination.  Amen.
