When the physical world causes you stress, anxiety, pain, sorrow or worry, take a moment to center yourself and to reach for your spiritual Higher Self. Your Higher Self is directly connected to Divine Spirit and the spiritual realm. There is no stress, anxiety, pain, sorry or worry that resides there. There is only powerful and unconditional LOVE that can make all the physical world emotions disappear.
There is a life force within each physical being. This life force is connected to Divine Spirit, the eternal and greatest life force there is. This Divine life force supports all beings directly and indirectly. When you tap into your Higher Self, you tap into the direct source connected to Divine Spirit.
You can consciously feel the Love and Light from this Source. You are directly connected to this life force through your subconscious and your Higher Self. If you tap into this life force on a conscious level, you will begin to see great changes in your life.
Where there was once anxiety, there will be peace. Where there was once grief, there will be happiness. Where there was once worry, there will be serenity. Meditate. Breathe in the Love and Light of Divine Spirit. Allow the light to guide you in this physical world. Peace. Love. Happiness. Amen.
