Love can create change. Love is extremely powerful. It is much more powerful than hate. Remember that. You can achieve a lot more in life through love than through hate. Hate is dark and dense and slows everything down. Love is light and airy and allows everything to move through it gracefully and quickly. Choose to come from a place of love….Always. Amen

Shed the shell that you have chosen to hide beneath. It is time to reveal the real you. Don’t be afraid of rejection. Remember the ones in your life that love you already know the soft creature that hides beneath the shell. Don’t be afraid to be vulnerable. You can teach others by your actions. Be brave! Amen
