Card A ~ What is behind you and what is before you is all an illusion. Your reality is in the NOW – the present moment in time. Don’t worry about what tomorrow will bring. Don’t mourn what yesterday has taken away. Embrace TODAY. This is where your peace lies. Sure, you can go back in time through memories and we encourage this to be done often but we want you to keep your primary focus on today. Tomorrow waits in the wings. Amen
Card B ~ There is much joy to be had. The choice is up to you. Do you dwell on things that bring you down and upset you or do you focus on things that are going well and bring you happiness? If your usual state of mind is focusing on what bothers you then change is necessary. You can retrain your brain to think positively and focus on the positive in every experience. All it takes is consistency and patience. Learn how to pivot. Amen
Card C ~ “All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.” There is much truth in this saying. Balance is necessary to maintain a healthy mind and healthy lifestyle. Do not place all your focus on work and don’t place all of your focus on play. This guidance is reminding you to bring your life into balance. All areas of your life need to be assessed and a gameplan for balance needs to be created, followed and maintained. Amen
