CARE A ~ Your spirit guides are always protecting you. When you are feeling weak or alone, reach out to your higher spirit through meditation and/or prayer and connect with it. Your higher spirit is always connected to Divine Spirit and your spirit guides. You can ask your spirit guides to help you in any way that you need. All you have to do is ask. Amen
