Also referred to as “Crack Slaw” because it tastes so good that you will have a hard time stopping eating it! This simple and low-carb recipe is a twist on an eggroll. This recipe is quick and easy to make and sure to please everyone!
Ingredients:
One pound ground beef (you can use ground chicken, ground turkey, diced chicken, or diced beef)
1 bag Angel Hair Cole Slaw (found in the packaged lettuce section in the produce)
3 cloves minced garlic
2 TBSP fresh ginger, chopped
2 TBSP soy sauce (or to taste)
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 TBSP Sriracha sauce (add more or less to the desired spiciness)
Dash of Sesame Oil
Sesame seeds (to garnish)
Spring onions (to garnish)
Cook the meat, garlic, and ginger until the meat is cooked. Set aside. Pour 1 TBSP of olive oil into the skillet and add the cole slaw. Cook until soft. Pour soy sauce over the cabbage and add the meat. Stir to blend. Mix the mayonnaise and Sriracha sauce together. Put the cabbage/meat mixture in serving bowls and drizzle with sesame oil. Garnish with sesame seeds, spring onions, and a dollop of the mayo/sriracha mixture.
