DIY RECIPE FOR HOMEMADE HYDROXYCHLOROQUINE/QUININE

I received a recipe for homemade Hydroxychloroquine/quinine and made it today. This blog post is to journal my experience making this for the first time. I will post the recipe at the bottom of this blog. THIS IS MEANT TO BE INGESTED NO MORE THAN 14 DAYS AT A TIME WHEN YOU ARE FEELING LIKE YOU ARE SICK OR GETTING SICK OR IF SOMEONE IN YOUR HOUSEHOLD IS SICK TO HELP PREVENT YOU FROM GETTING SICK.

First, you need to make sure that you use ORGANIC lemons and grapefruits. Since you will be drinking the tonic, you want to make sure that you have as little amount of chemicals as possible. I soaked my whole lemons and grapefruits in a bowl of water with about a 1/4 cup of ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar) for an hour. Next, I removed the peels from the flesh of the fruit. I will tell you at first it wasn’t too easy but as I got into it, I found that using a spoon made it easier to separate the flesh from the peel. Cut the grapefruits and lemons in quarter wedges. This took about 15 minutes to complete.

Next, I filled my pot with the “zero” water. It calls for you to cover the peels with about 3 inches of water. You will find the peels float to the top so I poured water in the pot and then used a spoon to hold some down to gauge that I had about 3 inches of water. I brought the water to a boil, placed the cover on top and brought it down to a simmer. Simmer for 2 hours covered. When it is done, keep the top on until completely cooled.

I tried the homemade quinine this morning. I put 2 TBSP into a cup of boiling water. It didn’t really taste like much of anything but did have a bitter taste from the peels. Put some raw honey in there and it tasted good. Drink 2 TBSP in a cup of hot water daily for preventative measures if you are sick or feel like you are getting sick.

The batch made about 4 cups of quinine liquid. Lasts for 14 days in the refrigerator. I filled up one 2 cup glass container to keep in fridge for my family and froze the other 2 cups in two ice cube trays then I transferred to a glass container for the future. Each ice cube is about 2 TBSP. You can take an ice cube and put in a cup and cover with boiling water. THIS IS MEANT TO BE INGESTED NO MORE THAN 14 DAYS AT A TIME.

YOU CAN MAKE A TEA OUT OF IT AND DRINK IT ALL DAY. THIS SHOULD TAKE AWAY ALL YOUR FEARS ABOUT THIS VIRUS BECAUSE YOU NOW HAVE THE DEFENSE AGAINST IT AND MANY OTHER THINGS. IF YOU TAKE ZINC WITH THIS RECIPE, THE ZINC PROPELS THE QUININE INTO YOUR CELLS FOR A MUCH FASTER HEALING.

TAKE THE RIND OF 2-3 LEMONS,  2-3 GRAPEFRUITS. TAKE THE PEEL ONLY AND COVER IT WITH WATER ABOUT 3 INCHES ABOVE THE PEELS. PUT A GLASS LID ON YOUR POT IF YOU HAVE ONE, A METAL ONE IS FINE IF YOU DON’T. LET IT SIMMER FOR ABOUT 2 HOURS. DO NOT TAKE THE LID OFF OF THE POT UNTIL IT COOLS COMPLETELY AS THIS WILL ALLOW THE QUININE TO ESCAPE IN THE STEAM.

SWEETEN THE TEA WITH HONEY OR SUGAR SINCE IT WILL BE BITTER. TAKE 1 TABLESPOON EVERY COUPLE OF HOURS TO BRING UP THE PHLEGM FROM YOUR LUNGS. DISCONTINUE AS SOON AS YOU GET BETTER.

STORE IN THE REFRIGERATOR IN GLASS JARS FOR UP TO 2 WEEKS. SMALLER GLASS JARS CAN BE USED AND FROZEN AND TAKEN OUT AS NEEDED. TAKE WITH ZINC AND QUERCITIN, TOO.

  1. hi wondering I already completely clean and dehydrate my orange peel then grind it into dust and add to oatmeal and such would dehydrating and reducing grapefruit and lemon peel to powder accomplish the same benefit
