Do not allow worry and anxiety to rule your life. You cannot control the actions of others. You only have control over yourself. Worry is useless. The only thing that it does is upset you and rob you of this moment’s happiness. Eliminating may be easier said than done, but it is not impossible. One first step is to focus on your breath when you are feeling worried and anxious. Close your eyes and focus on the rhythm of your breath as you take a long slow breath in and release with a long slow breath out. Inhale calmness and exhale worry. Write down what is worrying you and ask yourself if it is something that you can have any control over. If there is nothing you can do, LET IT GO. Continue focusing on your breathing until you feel calmer.
