Be mindful and careful about your thinking. Try to catch negative thought processes and change them to positive before they have the chance to gain momentum. You will find your life experience to be much more pleasant when you do this. Place your attention fully on the negative thought or reaction and instantly think of something pleasing to change your thoughts to positive. You can get out a head of it by making a list of positive thoughts and images that bring you happiness and carry it with you. Read it when you recognize a negative thought or emotion until you change your thoughts/emotions.
