BE EXCITED ABOUT LIFE

Be excited about the unknown.  Be excited about what life is going to offer you.  The excitement combined with quiet anticipation will keep your vibration high and allow all that you want to gravitate towards you.  Keep your thoughts positive.

It is just as easy to think a positive thought as it is a negative thought.  The positive thought may need more effort if you have a lot of negative momentum, but with practice, you can equal out the balance.  Soon you will be able to think more positive thoughts than negative thoughts.  You will just need to retrain your thought process through affirmations and through mindfulness.

Mindfulness is key.  You must be aware of the negative thought once it arrives so that you can then push it aside and replace it with its positive counterpart.  This will take practice and always being in the NOW.  In the beginning, it may feel a little daunting to have to pay attention to your thoughts as they creep up, but with time and practice it will become automatic.

Use affirmations on a daily basis to help keep your thoughts positive. Every day when you wake up, recite 10 affirmations to help ground you and start your day on a positive note. Create a list of ten affirmations and tape them next to your mirror. Some affirmations you can use are: I am positive. I am hopeful. I am successful. I am growing. I am consciously evolving. I am grounded. I am improving. I am mindful. I am loving to myself. I am abundant.

Daily meditation is another way to ground yourself and help to keep your thoughts positive throughout the day. Meditation is a calming exercise that prompts you to focus on your breathing and an image or sound to gain control and peace. You can listen to a guided meditation or meditate on your own. When you have moments of stress during the day, you can come back to your breath and place your focus there until your stress subsides. You can use the method called Square Breathing to help you to focus. This process is as follows: Envision a square in your mind and place your focus on your breathing. Inhale for four seconds while you draw a mental line down the right side of the square. Hold for four seconds while you draw a mental line across the bottom of the square from right to left. Slowly exhale for four seconds while you draw a mental line up the left side of the square. Finally, hold your breath for four seconds as you draw a mental line across the top of the square from left to right completing the square. This process is very effective in teaching your brain to focus and visualize and will ground and calm you.

Make peace with yourself. Let go of anything you are holding to from the past. Forgive yourself and others for things that happened in the past. The past is over. It cannot be changed and you have no control over the past, but you do have control over your reaction to the past. Forgive and release the events of the past that helped shape you. Hold on to the positive experiences and let go of any hurtful experiences.

Don’t live a present life of regret. Everything happened for a reason to get you to the point where you are today. Embrace this. Like a butterfly, you are here to manifest through transformation into som ething greater than you started out to be. Do not be afraid of the unknown.  Be excited for the unknown.  Life is a series of lessons and moments that help you to grow and evolve.  Be a conscious evolver and allow positivity, quiet anticipation, and excitement to shape your journey of life.
