A ~ Gratitude is a magical way to change the way you look at your life. It is best and most effectively used during times of struggle and stress, when it feels you have nothing else to lose. Gratitude is the gatekeeper to Divine Spirit’s love and adoration. It brings you back to your Higher Self connection that is always connected to Divine Spirit and the un-dying and never ending pure love that flows from this Source. Amen
B ~ Honor yourself. Respect yourself. Love yourself. Change negative thought patterns that have developed over time and turn them into positive thought patterns. You need to practice positive lessons to overcome and turn your habits around. Every day recite Affirmations. Make a list of loving Affirmations and post to your bathroom mirror. After you wake up, recite the Affirmations. Repeat multiple times throughout the day. Amen
C ~ Notice the next time you are trying to resist something. Pay attention to how you feel. Pay attention to your emotions. Then, let it go. Feel the relief when you just decide to let it go and let it flow. Release. Release. Release. Let it go. Release all that no longer serves you in your life. Let go of all of the outdated ideas, memories, people and things that tie up your energy. These things are something you cling to for comfort. They only serve to deplete your energy. Amen
