Guidance for May 11, 2021

There is always so much to be thankful for in life.  Look at the positive and ignore the negative.  In times of stress, nurture yourself.  Make yourself feel better by doing things that bring you happiness and peace.  Meditation and prayer are the avenues to the peace that lies within you.  Everyone has this peace within themselves.  It is easier to access for some than it is for others.  Life experiences shape a person and it shapes their learned and ingrained behaviors.  Take that into consideration when you are talking with others.  Don’t take things personally.  Anything that is projected onto you is merely the reflection of the other person.  Amen.
