CARD OF THE DAY – JUNE 15, 2020

You will find if you take some time to yourself, you will come back to life refreshed, renewed, and grounded. Every day you should start off with a 10-minute meditation followed by reciting 10 affirmations. Take a walk in nature. Journal every evening before you go to bed. Do not feel guilty for taking time for yourself. This is one of the greatest and most loving gifts you can give yourself and you will see how it positively impacts all your relationships and encounters.
