What are the changes you want to see in your life? Write them down. You can accomplish anything you put your mind to. Make a goal. Start with a daily goal, then a weekly goal, then a monthly goal, then a yearly goal. Write steps to achieve your goal. Start out slow and steady to avoid feeling overwhelmed.
