Balance is the key. Think positive thoughts and resist negative ones. Exercise daily and eat nutrient-rich foods. Meditate daily. Amen CARD

CARD A ~ Your inner child resides within your Higher Spirit. You are being invited to connect with your Higher Spirit and your inner child today. You can channel your inner child by doing things that are fun and make you feel like a kid again. Be playful. Be open to new adventures. Be childlike.

Card A ~ You are in charge of your life and you have a lot of strength. Tap into that strength when you are feeling weak and weary. It resides in your Higher Spirit. You can connect through meditation and/or prayer. There is nothing you cannot overcome even if you feel overwhelmed at times. Lean
